Let our teachers, staff members, and administrators know how much you appreciate their hard work and the positive impact they have on our children’s lives by recognizing them with an NEF Star!

Why Give an NEF Star?

• NEF Star recipients receive a personalized thank you note and a keepsake NEF Star magnet.
• Honor up to 10 educators with a single donation.
• By giving an NEF Star, you can recognize the staff members who are special to your family AND support innovative educational programs for all of our students!

How to give an NEF Star:

1. Choose your donation amount. This is a single donation, not an amount charged per staff member. Minimum donation is $5. Your donation amount will not be shared with your honoree(s).
2. Choose the Needham Public Schools staff you want to recognize from a dropdown menu. You can select up to 10 teachers, administrators, or staff from across the school district.
3. Honorees will immediately receive a thank you email that includes the giver’s name (you, your child, or your family) and a personalized message.
4. Honorees will also receive a keepsake NEF Star magnet to proudly display in their classroom or office. Magnets are delivered in August.
5. Your donation will fund NEF grants for innovative educational programs in the Needham Public Schools. Learn more about who can apply for a grant and what grants we have funded.

The NEF Star staff recognition program will open in late November 2026.
