NEF Gratitude Cards Art Contest

The Needham Education Foundation is excited to announce the 2023-2024 NEF Gratitude Card Art Contest for the new designs of this year’s Gratitude cards. These cards have long served as a perfect way to acknowledge and thank NPS teachers, staff, and administration, particularly during the holiday season, Staff Appreciation Week, and at the end of the school year. All proceeds from sales of the Gratitude cards go directly into funding teachers’ innovative ideas and professional development oppotunities through NEF grants in the Needham Public Schools.

Eligibility

The 2023-2024 NEF Gratitude Card Art Contest is open to all Needham Public Schools students in grades K-12.

Deadline

All entries must be received by Friday, October 27, 2023 at 5:00pm. We will notify the winners on October 31st. The winning designs will be available for purchase online in our Gratitude Grams and one design will be chosen to be printed and sold in local stores after Thanksgiving.

How to Enter

Create a piece of artwork that expresses your appreciation for NPS teachers & staff.
Any media may be used, including digital art.
Do not include your name or your school’s name on the artwork.
The design needs to be prepared horizontally.
Designs that fill the space are easier to reproduce — see examples of past winners below.
To enter your submission, take a picture of your artwork and fill out the submission form using the button below.
NOTE: please retain your original artwork in case it is needed for reproduction purposes.
