What is the Leaders Circle?
Leaders Circle is comprised of our donors who demonstrate their commitment to NEF by making a donation of $500 or more.

Leaders Circle members will be invited to private events that focus on education in our community, such as a breakfast with the Superintendent of Needham Public Schools, and a reception with the special guest of the NEF Spelling Bee.

If you or your organization is interested, we offer publicity for our Leaders Circle members through our website, Spelling Bee advertising program, and NEF public relations initiatives.

Why the Leaders Circle?
Ralph Leader was the visionary founder and first president of the NEF who inspired his Needham High School classmates at their 50th reunion to start the Needham Education Foundation.

With $3,000 in 1990, the NEF was founded with the same vision we have today: to stimulate, promote, support and fund the creation and implementation of innovative educational programs and enrichment activities that benefit Needham Public School students and that are outside of normal and expected funding.

We honor Ralph Leader by naming our major donor program after him, and we are inspired by him as we rigorously fundraise and carefully distribute these funds.

Leaders Circle Levels
Valedictorian: $5,000+
Salutatorian: $2,500-$4,999
High Honor Roll: $1,000-$2,499
Leader: $500-$999
