"Pollard Swarm" Wins 15th Annual NEF Spelling Bee

The Pollard Swarm prevailed over six other finalists at the 15th Annual Bee on April 6 when they were only team to correctly spell pronunciamento, a word describing an edict or a public declaration of intentions.

Other finalists were the Needham High Mock Trial Team, The Hillside Hornets, Olin College, Spellbinders, Needham Psychotherapy Associates and the Democratic Town Committee.
